Legal Notice & Scope
Conflict Containment provides structured, non-therapeutic support to help people slow down conflict, clarify what’s happening, and decide next steps. This service is focused on communication, decision support, and practical planning—not diagnosis or treatment.
Not therapy / not medical care
Conflict Containment is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare services. We do not provide therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention.
Not legal advice
Conflict Containment is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
No emergency service
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number right away.
Client responsibility
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. We can help you think clearly and prepare options, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Limits of confidentiality
We treat what you share as private and handle it with care. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all situations, especially where disclosure is required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm.
Service eligibility
We may decline or end services if the situation requires emergency response, legal representation, or clinical care—or if safe, respectful communication cannot be maintained.
No guarantees
Conflict Containment does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or resolutions.
